Brighton Marina Harbour Board

Brighton Marina Company Ltd are the Harbour Authority for Brighton Marina. They have leased the berthing areas of Brighton Marina to Premier Marinas (Brighton) Ltd.

Brighton Marina Company Ltd and Premier Marinas (Brighton) Ltd have an agreement to form the Brighton Marina Harbour Board. The Harbour Board is responsible for monitoring the terms of and compliance with the Brighton Marina Harbour Authority Health and Safety Management System. Brighton Marina is committed to full compliance with all legal requirements of the Port Marine Safety Code. An annual performance review is carried out by the Designated Person to assess performance against the safety management system. It is the goal of the Harbour Board to maintain and improve the standard of safety and safety awareness at Brighton Marina.
