Disabled Access & Parking
The disabled ramp is located next to McDonalds to allow access to the Upper Deck/Boardwalk restaurants. Disabled parking spaces are located on the ground floor of the MSCP (East & West Ends) with more spaces located on Level 6, connecting the overhead walkway direct to the Boardwalk restaurants.
Customer lifts are provided to access the Upper Deck/Boardwalk restaurant and Lower Deck/Mermaid Walk shops.
The accessibility statement and general enquiries contact details are available in audio files. Layout and signage at Brighton Marina is designed with suitable colour coding to assist our partially sighted customers.
For customers with Hearing Impairments, we provide a fixed hearing induction loop at the counter in the Brighton Marina Security & Information Centre.
We work in partnership with Brighton Shopmobility who hire out wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters helping you to get out and about to enjoy our centre.
Bookings must be made The Fed, Centre for Independent Living who provide advice and support services for disabled people in Brighton & Hove. Scooters and wheelchairs can be delivered to you at local accessible hotels or you can collect from the Brighton Marina Security & Information Centre upon receipt of your booking.
The Fed are open Monday to Friday 10.00-17.00
