Becoming a Seasonal Marina Operative with Premier Marinas may be the role for you. We’re currently looking for staff to work on a flexible basis at Brighton Marina – the UK’s largest marina – between March and October.

A good knowledge of boats would be an asset, but not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be working as part of a rota system which will include some bank holidays, weekends and evenings.
