Premier Marinas – Marina Operative – Fixed Term

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Marina Operative to join the team at Brighton Marina on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at the UK’s largest marina. 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate: 

  • Proven customer service or customer facing experience
  • Ability to learn and use computer software systems
  • “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork 
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team 
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure 

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team on a fixed-term basis for a minimum of 3 months. A good knowledge of boats would be desirable but not essential as full training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. 

You will be working as per a duty rota for days and nights i.e. a four on four off pattern. This will include working some weekends and Bank/Public holidays with shifts on a 12-hour basis.
