The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Gold Card 2017 Win £500 Cash promotion:
  1. The promotion is open to UK residents who have registered online, or by post, to Brighton Marina’s 2017 Gold Card who will automatically be entered into this free prize draw.
  2. Open to UK residents only aged 18 or over, excluding people working for Brighton Marina as employees and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  3. Applicants details must be completed in full. Incomplete, illegible or incorrectly completed online forms will not be accepted as entry into the promotion.
  4. All entries must be received between 1st January  & 16th December 2017 to be entered into the free prize draw.  Entries must be registered by 23:59 on the closing date to be included in the prize draw.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.

  7. The Prize is a cash prize of £500 payable to one winner.
  8. The winner will be chosen by a random draw from all valid entries on Monday 19th December 2017 by an independent person and notified by telephone and email.  The winner will have 28 days in which to accept their prize, otherwise a different winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries.
  9. In order to take advantage of the Prize the winners must consent to the following conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winners’ names and/or photographs for future publicity and promotions. By entering, the winners also agree to participate in reasonable marketing activity connected with the promotion.
  10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees to these terms and conditions and consents to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter (or a third party acting on the Promoter’s behalf) for the purposes of the administration and operation of the promotion.
  12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this promotion. This does not affect any statutory rights
