Brighton Marinas Maintains 5 Gold Anchors

Premier Marinas Ltd. is pleased to announce that Brighton Marina has once again achieved 5 Gold Anchor status after a recent assessment by The Yacht Harbours Association (TYHA).

Four of Premier’s 8 marinas have 5 Gold Anchors, Brighton, Chichester, Port Solent and Sovereign Harbour. There are less than 50 marinas in the UK with 5 Gold Anchors, and Premier are very proud of the fact that they own and operate four of these.

The Gold Anchor Award Scheme has been established to improve the standards of facilities available to all boat owners.

Marinas are assessed on a number of areas including number of berths, types of berths, access, facilities including shower and changing, fuel and car parking, onsite services, marina equipment, staffing, and charges.
