ASSISTANT MARINA MANAGER

Working as part of the marina’s management team you will have the responsibility for all operational and administrative aspects of operating the largest UK marina.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in exemplary customer service with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential along with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills. H&S understanding and awareness is also desirable.

The role requires working within a rota system, including some Bank Holidays and weekends.

BOATYARD SUPERVISOR

Our busy boatyard provides first class lifting and associated services. You will be leading an experienced team on all aspects of the operation, focusing on excellent customer service, H&S and training. Good communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Experience of boat handling, lifting and the associated equipment would be a distinct advantage but not essential. This is a challenging role involving working outdoors in all weather conditions on a rota system including alternate Saturdays.

Both roles offer an excellent benefits package including pension and private health insurance after a qualifying period.
